I am a St. Louis, Missouri native and currently reside in Town & Country, Missouri. For nearly 20 years I have been photographing faces in their places. My work is a compilation of two genres of photography. Portraits of people and Real Estate / interiors / architecture. While I work to get a beautiful portrait from my subject(s), I continuously shoot the moments in-between which yield expressions which aren't presented when a camera is on them. The focus of my work is centered on the best of what each person has to say in a real and timeless way.  I avoid gimmicky editing trends and stay true to classic photography.  Because of this, the images I create today will remain beautiful twenty years from now. The focus of my real estate work is centered on the best of what each space has to offer without distortion or misrepresentation. Interior designers have elevated a space to evoke the feeling with color, texture, and furnishings and is captured with that in mind. Architects attention to detail, lines, space, and light are addressed and documented as their art from paper is forged into life. Faces in places merge together in lifestyle photography of families in their homes, or a designer in the space they dressed, or an architect comfortably sitting in the light from a window they placed. I enjoy photographing this cycle of living, working, and creating.
